Ma-Ka-Ja-Wan has a long and storied history spanning over 80 years. Preserving, rediscovering, and recording this history is an ongoing effort. The Ma-Ka-Ja-Wan Alumni Association has partnered with CampMakajawan.org in its efforts to do so.

Ian Hopkins and Matt Horbal have published a written history of Ma-Ka-Ja-Wan! The book is available for purchase at the NEIC office, on Amazon, and other vendors.
